By coming to Canada and taking this important step towards citizenship you help in writing the continuing story of our country.

The book, Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship will help you in preparing for your citizenship test. You can borrow it from the library or read it online.

Learning English with the CBC

Learning English with the CBC allows you to listen to actual CBC news broadcasts and then quiz yourself with questions based on the news event. An English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor has prepared all of the test lessons.
